Our hotel is located in the prefectural capital of Nagasaki Prefecture, which has a population of approximately 400,000. With the opening of the Shinkansen in September 2022, the area around Nagasaki Station has undergone remarkable development. The employee dormitory is adjacent to the hotel, and a large supermarket and shopping mall are also nearby. Public transport, such as buses and trams, is well developed. 2. Matured workplace for foreign staff. Several foreign staff have been working here for several years, and they are showing high performance. We also accept internships from overseas universities. 3. We are focusing on human resource development. We have established a system to develop human resources who can be active not only for five years but also for ten years or more, such as on-the-job training, certification acquisition support, and job rotation. 4.
